Delivery timelines

Timelines start from the moment your order is confirmed, not from when it is placed. Remote areas and public holidays may add a day or two.
Shipping charges
- Flat delivery charge: Rs 250 per order.
- Free delivery on every order over Rs 5,000 (after discounts).
- No extra Cash on Delivery handling fee.
Every charge is shown on the checkout page before you place your order. There are no charges added afterwards, and the rider collects exactly the amount shown on your confirmation.
Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items ship from the expected dispatch date shown on the product page, and delivery timelines start from that date. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order arrives - tell us at checkout if you would prefer a split delivery.
Tracking your parcel
You will get an update by SMS, WhatsApp and email at every stage: confirmed, packed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. You can also track your order any time with your order number and mobile number.
Failed deliveries
Our delivery partner attempts delivery up to two times. If we cannot reach you on the number provided, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled. Repeated refusals or no-shows may mean future Cash on Delivery orders need extra verification - see the COD policy.
