What we collect

• Contact details - your name, mobile number and email address.
• Delivery address - so the rider can find you.
• Order history - what you bought, when, and its status.
• Verification records - that your number was verified, and when. We never store the code itself in readable form.
• Basic technical data - IP address and browser, used for fraud prevention and to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To confirm, pack, ship and deliver your order.
• To send you status updates by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
• To handle returns, replacements and refunds.
• To reduce fake and failed Cash on Delivery orders.
• To send marketing updates - only if you opted in.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone who does not need it to fulfil your order.

Who we share it with

Only our delivery partners, and only the details they need to deliver: your name, address, phone number and the amount to collect. They are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Marketing consent

Promotional messages are opt-in. You can change which channels we use - email, SMS, WhatsApp - or turn marketing off entirely at any time from your notification preferences.

Transactional messages about an order you actually placed (confirmation, dispatch, delivery, returns) are sent regardless, because you need them.

How we protect it

• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and are never readable, by us or anyone else.
• Verification codes are hashed, expire quickly and are limited to a small number of attempts.
• The site is served over an encrypted connection.
• Admin access is role-based, and every administrative action is logged.

Your choices

• See and edit your details from your profile.
• Delete a saved address at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing hazqeel.awan.313@gmail.com.

Orders already delivered are retained for accounting and warranty purposes even if your account is closed.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. Your browser also stores whether you have dismissed a notice on our site - that never leaves your device.
