Cash on Delivery policy

How an order is verified

1. Confirmation call. Our team calls or WhatsApps you to confirm the order, the address and the amount payable. Your order stays in Pending Confirmation until this is done.
2. Packed and shipped. Only confirmed orders are packed. You get an update at each stage.
3. Cash collected. You pay the rider on delivery and the order is closed.

Unconfirmed orders

If we cannot reach you within 48 hours of you placing the order, it is cancelled automatically and the stock is released for other customers. You are always told when this happens, and you are welcome to order again.

Please make sure the number you give us is reachable and correct.

Order value limits

• Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to Rs 50,000.
• For orders above that value, please contact us on +92 300 0000000 and we will arrange it with a partial advance.

Refused and failed deliveries

Refusing a delivered parcel, or being unreachable when the rider arrives, costs us the full shipping cost both ways. We record these against the mobile number used.

After 2 refusals or no-shows, future Cash on Delivery orders from that number need extra verification before we pack them - usually a short call and, for larger orders, a small advance.

If you need to cancel, do it from My Orders or call us before the parcel ships. That costs nothing and keeps your record clean.

What the rider collects

Exactly the Payable on delivery amount shown on your order confirmation - nothing more. If a rider asks for a different amount, refuse and call us immediately on +92 300 0000000.

Please keep the exact amount ready where possible; riders do not always carry change.

Opening your parcel

You may inspect the outer packaging before paying. Fragrance bottles are sealed for hygiene reasons - once a seal is broken the item cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged, leaking or wrong. See the return policy for the full detail.
